Where are your items shipped from?

All of our pieces are shipped from our studio in Sydney, Australia.

How long does shipping take?

We’re a small, environmentally conscious business, so most of our jewellery is made to order.

  • If the item is listed as in stock, it will ship right away.
  • If the item is made to order, production takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Once your piece is ready, shipping to Australia takes around 3 business days.

  • International: Shipping usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

International Orders

Orders placed outside of Australia are considered international.

Please note that prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT, customs fees, or any other charges applied by the destination country. Goldie Paris is not responsible for these costs or any customs-related delays.

If a customer refuses delivery due to these government-imposed costs, they are responsible for return shipping fees.

The recipient, as the importer of record, is responsible for complying with all local laws, taxes, and import regulations.

Are your diamonds real?

Absolutely — 100% yes. Our diamonds are real, just made in a more responsible way. We use lab-grown diamonds, which are identical to mined diamonds in every way — chemically, physically, and optically — but created with significantly less environmental impact.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

Never. We only use solid gold, never plated or filled. That means:
✔ It won’t tarnish, oxidise, or discolour.
✔ It’s waterproof — shower, swim, and sweat-friendly.
✔ It’s made to last and be passed down through generations.

Can I wear my jewellery to the gym?

You can sweat in our jewellery, but we recommend being cautious during intense activities like gym workouts. Fine jewellery can still break under pressure or get caught on equipment.

We're not responsible for damage that occurs after purchase, so please always remove your jewellery if you’re unsure.

What are lab-grown diamonds, and can you tell the difference?

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, created using cutting-edge technology that replicates the natural conditions under which diamonds form.

The difference?

  • Same product, different origin.
  • Think of ice from your freezer vs. an iceberg — both are real ice; they just come from different places.

Lab-grown diamonds are sustainable, ethical, and more affordable — and we love that.

We use 9kt, 10kt, 14kt, and 18kt solid recycled gold, paired with high-quality lab-grown diamonds, to ensure every piece is conflict-free and responsibly made.

Do Goldie Paris diamonds come with certifications?

Our diamonds are considered melee diamonds (under 0.25ct/approx 4mm) and, as is standard in the industry, do not come with individual certifications.

However, all our lab-grown diamonds are sourced from manufacturers certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) and SCS Global, ensuring adherence to strict ethical and environmental standards.
