Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at orders@goldieparis.com. Returns must be sent to our studio in Sydney, Australia.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. For any return-related questions, feel free to contact us at orders@goldieparis.com.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right. We always aim to resolve any issues quickly.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised items (including special orders)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
