Terms of Service
Updated 8 October 2026
About the shop
Goldie Paris Jewellery is operated by GOLDIE PARIS PTY LTD (ACN 674 920 784). These terms apply to shopping at goldieparis.com. For order questions, contact orders@goldieparis.com; for other enquiries, contact contact@goldieparis.com.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms or our returns policy excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, warranty, cancellation right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees and mandatory rights under other applicable consumer laws. Products must meet those requirements. Our voluntary returns conditions do not limit remedies for faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Products, prices and orders
Check the selected product, variant, quantity, currency, price, delivery details and any disclosed charges before submitting your order. Product availability and prices can change for future purchases. A later website change does not retrospectively alter an existing purchase. Screens can display colours differently, but this does not remove our obligation to supply goods matching their description.
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. If an error, availability problem or suspected fraud affects an order, we may contact you to resolve it. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement. If an order is cancelled, any refund due will be provided under applicable law.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery information and charges are shown through the ordering process. See our Returns & Warranties policy for our voluntary return process and information about statutory rights. Contact us about late, missing, damaged or incorrect goods. No requirement for original packaging, prior return approval or prompt notification removes a remedy you have under mandatory law.
Using the website
Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement or attempts to compromise its security. We may take proportionate steps to protect the shop and other customers from misuse, subject to applicable law and existing purchase obligations. Keep account access details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised activity.
Content and third-party services
Our product photography, designs, text and other site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Browsing or purchasing does not transfer ownership of those rights. This does not restrict uses permitted by law. Only submit messages or images you are entitled to share. Sending a support message does not grant us an unrestricted right to publish it for advertising.
Shopify and other providers support the store. Third-party links and services may have their own terms, but their use does not remove our responsibility for our own obligations. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data and service providers.
Availability and responsibility
Website interruptions may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we remain responsible to the extent required by law. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. There is no blanket exclusion of liability for defective products or a requirement that customers indemnify us for our own wrongdoing.
Questions, disputes and changes
Please contact us so we can try to resolve a concern. You remain free to use applicable complaint bodies and courts; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order. The date above identifies this version.
